"Rooms are clean, staff was nice. It’s a loud hotel. Doors slamming until almost midnight. Breakfast was the very basics and nothing else."

"The biggest complaint is that the elevators were broken. We didn't get notified of this issue until the day of our check-in. However, I verified on past reviews that the elevators have been broken for 10+ days and reamined so throughout or 4 days there. Also, the pool was closed, despite the communicated maintenance not starting for another 3 weeks. Room was fairly clean, but they forgot to restock coffee cups. Plus linens and towels had small permanent stains. The entire site felt like it hadn't been well maintained in a few decades."
