「I would like to share my experience to help future travelers. The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. 「Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough 」

「There was no dishwasher. The utensils were extremely dirty. The tea kettle was dirty we could not use it. There was not even 1 extra towel for the whole stay. The parking is at a different level than the property it was extremely difficult to bring our things to the room. 」

Tiene 3 camas en la planta de arriba (dúplex) en una zona abuhardillada. 2 de esas camas, están pegadas a la pared, y era incómodo por la noche porque si te levantabas te golpeabas la cabeza si no recordabas la posición, y además no podías aprovechar todo el ancho de la cama porque en la zona de contacto con la pared el techo es tan bajo que una persona normal no "cabía" cómodamente. 「Es gibt da kein Personal. Es ist ein Geisterhaus. Man bekommt Angst für den Fall man würde Hilfe brauchen. Auch das elektronische Einchecken ist nicht easy, zumal man vor der Tür kaum ins wlan kommt…also kein freundliches „Willkommen“. Die Zimmer sind ok, aber nur mit 4 Kapseln Kaffee ausgestattet, gut wenn man so um 21 h ankommt…kein Wasser, kein Automat, auch keine kleine Gastronomie. Nie wieder. 」
