「We booked a room and we were checking at Ibis Budget, but there were no one at the counter. We waited and there wasn’t any sign talked about we need to check in at Ibis hotel. So I called, and after we went to Ibis hotel to check in, the woman who we talked to at the counter was in a really bad attitude. Overall, I didn’t feel good and I didn’t enjoy at all. 」

「Of men is er nog aan het renoveren of het is slecht uitgevoerd. Het water van de douche liep in de badkamer door een bouwblunder. De deuren gaan slecht in het slot wat veel lawaai gaf. Het eten was goed.」

「Das Hotel liegt idyllisch zwischen Weinbergen. Hier kann man direkt entspannen. Das Personal begrüßt herzlich, sodass man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Die Zimmer sind wie angegeben. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Im ganzen haben sowohl wir, als auch unsere zwei Hunde sich sehr wohl gefühlt und können gerne wieder, wenn es und erneut nach Trier verschlägt. Empfehlung: Gerne auch den eigenen Wein probieren und durch die hauseigene Jagd auch mal Wild im Restaurant bestellen. 」

「The facility is spotless, the rooms well appointed. The breakfast offerings are 5 Star. Shops àre a 10 minute walk from Klouschter. Direct busses to Luxembourg Gare are a 10 minute walk from Klouschter (at Casino 2000). Of the Front Desk Staff, one Staff Member could not do enough to be helpful, including speaking English, and, writing information on paper with pen. The other Front Desk Staff member could not have been more rude, including providing misleading information and 'No English' ......
