"Es muy buen hotel, alejado del bullicio, en un área más residencial, tranquila. El personal super atento, agua caliente, cama rica y cuartos cómodos. El único, y no tan malo, es q el desayuno es en un restaurante a una calle y pues no era tan variado. Pero sí me volvería a quedar en Firenze y lo recomendaría."

"Everything about this hotel was amazing. We had everything to our comfort and the staff, especially Ema who went above and beyond for us, was always smiling and friendly and willing to help. We had the family suite which was very clean. We couldn’t be anymore pleased. The property is located in walking distance of many restaurants. The rooftop lounge is a good place to dine and party also"

"Tuvimos una agradable estancia. El lugar estaba limpio y la propiedad era muy tranquila para dormir, a pesar de estar muy cerca de la Ave. 70. Lugar muy estratégico, ya que está localizado cerca de restaurantes, cafeterías y supermercados, los cuales puedes llegar caminando. La puerta de nuestra habitación no siempre funcionó con la llave electrónica, pero pudimos accesar con la clave enviada. Las almohadas eran bien finas para mi gusto, pero la cama era cómoda. Al extractor de la estufa no le funcionaba la bombilla, pero estaba muy equipada para poder preparar y consumir alimentos. No contaba con una cafetera, lo cual consideré muy esencial para disfrutar de un buen café. En general, disfrutamos nuestra estadía, por lo cual lo recomendaría como un buen lugar para hospedarse."

"Location is very good, 3 minutes from the metro station. The hotel is good, service is good. I only have a complain, the pictures show rooms with a desk, but the rooms do not have desk, it was very uncomfortable to work sitted in the bed. I was given a room without desk but I walked all the floor because they were cleaning, to check if one had desk and ask for a change but none of the single rooms in the 3rd room had desk, they must change the pictures."
