Great value. A delight to stay here.

The AC House was really great value. Its price was akin to what I have had to pay for old run-down premises. This property was recently renovated, and in really great condition.

Excelente servicio al cliente. Quisiera que los cuartos que ofrecen sean exactamente los mismos ya que las fotos son diferentes a cuando llegas y lo que te toca. Los cuartos no tienen A/C así que si nos es a descansar que vas, te vas a encontrar con calor durante el día.

Un lugar que lo tiene todo.

10/10. La atención rápida y precisa, muy amables, super limpio y buen espacio para.1 o 2 personas, tiene todo lo necesario y muy tranquilo dentro del mismo. Las áreas comunes super lindas y limpias, la zona muy segura y muchos lugares cercanos para comer o tomar algo con los amigos, muy cercano al metro, al estadio... en resumen regresaría al mismo lugar.

En definitiva fue el peor alojamiento que tuvimos en nuestras dos semanas en Colombia, el cuarto no tenía ventilación y le faltaba iluminación (ya que no tiene ninguna ventana), su ubicación no es mala, es una zona tranquila con comercios muy cercanos al alojamiento. Respecto al tema de la limpieza, parece que tienes que rogarles para que la realicen y en una ocasión me enviaron un mensaje de que por falta de disposición de la señora que se encargaba de la limpieza no se realizaría la limpieza de la habitación, entonces llegamos y todo estaba súper sucio. Mi consejo, si es económico el hotel pero preferiría pagar unos pesos más por algo mejor y jamás, repito jamás se tiene internet. Literalmente escribo esto porque tuvimos que regresar a Medellín a tomar nuestro vuelo de regreso a México y preferimos hospedarnos en otro lugar, que si tenía internet, ventilación y que no teníamos que rogar por la limpieza.

Teníamos reserva del 27/05 al 06/06 y ese hotel es tan horroroso y encerrado que nos vimos obligadas a buscar nuevo hotel a partir de hoy, con el consiguiente perjuicio económico para nosotros. Ustedes que van a hacer al respecto ya que la administración del hotel indica que no está dispuesta a devolver ningún dinero que los obligados son ustedes. El hospedaje es tal cual a lo que ofrecen en la publicación. Todo muy limpio el sector donde se encuentra está en muy buen punto el único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que en lla hora de salida en la mayoria de los hospedajes es tipo 11 y a eso de las 9 de la mañana ingresó una señora del personal del. Hospedaje tocó pero nadie le abrió ya que estábamos dormidos y abrió la habitación ami en lo personal no me gustó. Fue el único inconveniente de lo contrario lo recomiendo.
