"The hotel is very out dated, The rooms are small and are not well taken care of. I would not recommend staying here. The beds are very small, the rooms are old and the floors really need to be re-done. the bathrooms are just ok, Our room the shower leaked onto the floor and the floor boards we always wet and soft. "

"Friendly, helpful staff. Short walk to Ferry terminal, train station and in the middle of a vibrant town center with good restaurants and shopping. Floors 3 and above have a great harbor view. Good breakfast buffet. "

"Pristine bedding, room felt clean, staff were lovely, very good breakfast menu,. Glass terrace overlooking the bay was spectacular, wished we knew the tables there were bookable. "

"staff was 90% really lovely, unfortunately our check in process was met by a grumpier gentleman who really shouldn't be in hospitality. he had no warmth unlike any of the other staff we encountered. everyone seems to do a bit of everything here and play multiple roles. this gentleman should find a new line of work, or at a different hotel that isnt as high end."

"Did not have any interaction with staff, but everything worked as guided. A bit more guidance on how to find the place would be useful. The height of the bed was a bit of a challenge. We were in room one and it felt brand new."
