Einfache Unterkunft in strategisch guter Lage

Die Lage ist klasse, etwas abseits und trotzdem in Laufnähe zum Zentrum (ca. 20 min), dafür ruhiger. In einem Viertel mit vielen Murales, Bars und Kunst, einen Katzensprung vom Bus Terminal 1. und 2. Klasse. Es gibt nicht viele Bäder/WCs, Geduld ist gefragt. Zimmer sind nicht sehr sehr funktional und einfach aber durchaus ok.
