「Willow Springs is amazing! Went there for a quick getaway with my kids (ages 17, 14 and 11) and we all had the greatest time. The cabin and resort itself were great -- staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable environment. The obstacle course was perfect for entertaining everyone and our cabin was directly beside it, making for easy access. We will be back.」

「Despite a little trouble with hotels.com, Dulce and her manager, Bo, reached out to me personally before check in and were able to resolve the trouble and even allowed me to check in early. The hotel was clean enough to make me overlook small cosmetic issues. The room was big and comfortable. The shower’s water pressure made its own weather pattern somehow and I had a time keeping the curtain drawn, but I ultimately decided it was funnier than it was inconvenient.
