「The hotel was fine but broken reading light (reported but no action), paper ordered but then forgotten, buggy often late. On first night no information about the buggies - choice between steep steps or so called “ramp”which was a lounge winding and very steep path. With heart condition very difficult. Room in Oakham faced blank wall - should have been warned. Universally nice staff but overall a bit lackadaisical.」

「Was a big scare when we reached the apartment and found out this was no one there for check in & no instruction sent before our arrival. In this remote location, the mobile connection is bad and I luckily able connected to WiFi in an indian Resturant. Found an old email thread, replied to it and luckily i received a Uk phone number to call for self check in instruction. Felt quite worried at the beginning with my wife and boys and about where we sleep . Not a good experience 」
