「When it comes to customer service, WOW! They really make sure their guests are taken care of. I originally had a two night stay booked but got held up in Lublin. A Polish friend of mine contacted the hotel, spoke with someone and they kindly said no problem, just to let them know when I would be arriving. On my day of check in, I contacted Wojtek to let him know my train had mechanical issues and I was running late. He said no problem. Then once I did get to Warsaw there was an accident near...

「Straight road from airport. You can arrive by tram from Central Train station. However, the shower need to be careful as no door or curtain for shower. 」

「Excellent stay at the Radisson. Wasn’t great communication prior to our arrival however we was able to check in early to our room free of charge. Room very spacious and comfortable bed. Swimming pool with Hot tub and Sauna all included within the room price! 」

「Be careful of your credit card's compatibility with their online payment system, which will be used to deposit money when you stay. Most of the Asia bank-issued credit cards do not work with their deposit payment system, which means you can not check in when you arrive, which will be a terrible situation. Otherwise, the hotel has a great location and living environment at a reasonable price, and the room is equipped with everything you need, like a washing machine, kitchen, and so on...」
