"This is one of my favorite hotels in Warsaw. The location is first rate, the rates are reasonable, the space is well organized and spotless. I’ve only had one issue over a misunderstanding over breakfast which was rather unpleasant until the customer experience lead got involved, and she straightened it right out. The apartment was very well located – just a short walk from the train station and with a grocery store nearby. The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow.
