Room: Stayed on level 32 overlooking the town square. The room was nice and comfortable, though the bed was average; a little lumpy along with the pillows. The bathroom had a bath shower. Shampoo and conditioner were provided. Breakfast: The breakfast was sensational. There was no shortage of choice. Facilities: The hotel had a gym, pool, Finnish and steam sauna. The pool and sauna area were popular, making it difficult to get into the Finnish sauna. Location: Opposite central train station and just 15 minutes walk to the old town. Many Christmas markets close by. I would recommend for the breakfast alone.

Room was available early and checkout to 2pm Gym and Spa/pool are quite frankly one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. The Gym especially was very large and well equipped Staff all friendly and helpful. Room service prompt and excellent. Breakfast was tasty. Thank you.

Perfect location next to Centralna and close to the mall. The breakfast buffet was large and with a lot of variety. The hotel has hosted presidents so it was more than good enough for me!
