「In a great location, this simple hotel gives good honest service and accommodation, it overlooks the beach and the train station, from which you can travel back in time on a steam train. The town is just down the road and for bigger shops, there are 3 supermarkets 10 minutes walk away. 「The hotel had a grand and atmospheric dining room, and the staff, both at breakfast and checking in/out were most welcoming and friendly. A very good breakfast too. 」

「Booked as got stuck on the A303, nice staff, great breakfast and hard to argue with the price. My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. Otherwise would recommend for a cheap stay.」
