"We had to leave and had to make a new reservation at a different hotel. We drove in and waited at the gate for 15 minutes and in pitch darkness before someone came to open the gate. The gate is almost a quarter mile away from the main buildings. We honked multiple times and I had to leave the safety of my car to knock at the gate. The room we were assigned was Dirty with falling window curtains. Water was shut off and we had to wait for them to run around to get it running. The toilet was dirty...

"Stay overall was great. Food menu could be a lot better in terms of variety and accomodative of different diet types and preferences for protein et al."

"The staff was literally outstanding!! The tent was gorgeous. Our major complaint was the food choice was very limited and not always geared to an 'American' consumer. We had a couple great meals and the rest were hard to enjoy since we don't eat seafood."

My husband and I were left without any accommodation in the vicinity because of the World Rally Championships. You failed to respond to emails and phone calls to date. And have not refunded my money"

"Super herzliches tolles Personal. Ich Reise sehr viel und muss sagen, es war einfach nur ein Traum! So ein Personal wünscht man sich in Deutschland. Wir haben auf der Safari sogar ganz nah Löwen gesehen. Einfach nur wow ! Lieben Dank an das ganze Team. Die ganze Unterkunft ist super schön! "
