「The staff are amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. They made us feel incredibly welcome despite our very late arrival. The waterhole, good and service are great and this has been our experience in Kenya so far. Love the overnight buzzer system which alerts you based on number of buzzes as to which animals have arrived at the waterhole The Ark needs new windows and the shower takes a while to warm up. It is cozy though with the big log fire and the thoughtful provision of hot water bottles...

「Unfortunately we had a very bad experience on Tuesday the 29th May 18. First we had difficult time tracing this place as it's not sign posted from the main road. We finally arrived and packed our car by the gate for ten minutes waiting for the gate door bell to be answered as the gate was not manned. 「Lovely cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and huge living room with the fireplace. It is set on amazing location with great views of Kimakia river and tea plantation. Stuff was very polite and helpful, they are available 24h a day. There is also power generator in case of power failure. The road to the property is a bit tricky, especially last kilometer or two. Our overall experiance was great, highly recommended!」
