「great people, nice room」

「Yes the pool was good」

「Laundry service was fine. Hotel was clean and pleasant 」

「Overall property was decent. Rooms were fairly clean (noted large amount of dust behind toilet). Showerhead had almost no pressure and should have been replaced. Beds quite uncomfortable but all sheets clean and lots of pillows per bed.」

「Place wasn’t bad, definitely not what I was expecting. The lobby is also the liquor store and the locking mechanism on the room door was kinda sketchy - it was a push button lock and a slider chain. The staff were nice and the place was relatively clean, bedsheets were clean, fridge and microwave the same. Only thing is there was random fingerprints and smears on the walls. Bought some Lysol wipes just in case. 」

「The property was good, clean and quiet. However the children and i did not appreciate the pool life guard. She would yell at the kids for every little thing. The kids could not enjoy their swim. Ex. A child came down the water slide and she yells "hey not like that" seriously how else does soeone come sliding down a slide. Ridiculous, she stands there with her arms crossed staring the children down. 」

「The room was awesome. Clean. Had everything we needed. The hot tub jets were not working but we used it for a bit. The staff were great. Knowledgeable and helpful. I need to mention breakfast is NOT included with your stay. 18.00$ but so worth it!!!」

「Rooms are a little small but comfortable. Pool isn’t super exciting. The food at the restaurant, I had expected higher quality considering the kind of hotel & expense of the food. Im pretty sure my child's mac & cheese & fries were actually KD out of a box & freezer fries. I expected better out of this establishment. My meal was good, but not great - Tuna poke bowl. Breakfast in bed was fantastic.」

「The room was never cleaned for 5 days we been there, kept running out of towels and tissue. The beds are horrible and very sqeaky. I forgot my wallet in the room and the lady couldn’t give me a key to the room, and no smiles from staff at all. If NIHB weren’t covering the rooms they would be out of business in no time」
