Dear Sir, Thank you so much for sharing a review and experience. It is true that The Miracle Villas was opened last year, and it looks like new. We are so pleased that you enjoyed the breakfast served. All of guests also mentioned in their review that the breakfast was delicious. We do apologize for your inconvenience for the TV Channel problem. We had already solved that problem. Our restaurant opens at 6.30am and close at 10pm, but we can be flexible with timing, if there is request from guest to enjoy dinner at 10pm to 11pm is fine. Just to let you know that our property is new which was opened on last June 2018 and all of our equipment is brand new included the air conditions, probably you did the setting of the remote is unpropriate, as you did not inform us about the air condition during your stay. We chose this area for the location of The Miracle Villas, as it is quiet and far from noise like Seminyak, Legian and Kuta, which is more preferable by travellers. Our location which is only less than 10 minutes drive to some beautiful beaches, nusa dua center and shopping mall.
