Large hotel next to a mall. Very convenient location near train station. Attractions are within walking distance Al an easy ride on the train. Rooms are spacious and good sized bed for a Japan hotel!. We would come back and stay here again!

Hello, The location I visited, which was shown on Expedia, had a completely different address, and I was very unsatisfied with this. Not only were we exhausted from our trip, but we still had to carry all of our luggage to the other Randor location. This was absolutely disappointing. I even contacted you to confirm the address weeks before our trip and was informed that it was the correct one. However, once we arrived, the front desk told us it was the wrong location. This was very upsetting and made our stay inconvenient. Please update your address and inform customers of the correct location for their stay. Many thanks, Marie

Very nice and clean hotel with wonderful staff and great amenities, including an onsen and convenience store next to the lobby. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with a huge selection of offerings, many of which were locally sourced. Location is also close to the train station with the option to walk through an underground passageway to/from the station. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and well organized but the shower tub area never felt completely dried and smelled musty. AC was centrally controlled and the first night was very unpleasant. They sent up a fan and that made it bearable. Overall, decent place to stay.
