"All the staff were friendly and professional, but the room were we stay the sofa-bed mattress it was in bad conditions and will be nice if they clean the upholstery; that was the only issue. Recommendation the parking spaces first for the hotel guests, 2nd people who use the convention center and 3rd who visit El Rollo disco bar on weekends… when we arrived during the night we parked in the last parking lot (it was dark) and not safe for 2 senior ladies "

The rooms spotless.The hotel is located at the end of the famous malecon so its a decent walk into town, just enough to get you hungry for those delicious mexican restaurants.
