「My husband and I stayed here in March 2026 and truly enjoyed our stay. The team was warm, attentive, and always quick to communicate, which made everything feel easy and well taken care of. The property is beautifully kept with a clean, calming aesthetic, and the pool was a great place to unwind. One of our favorite touches was the bikes—we loved riding down to the malecón for dinner. It added such a fun and local feel to the experience.」

「The balcony facing the sea was the huge bonus for me. That was why I chose Las Gaviotas. As a solo traveler I did not need the large space. The apartment is very large with large balcony also. Perfect for families, or 2 couples as it offers each a bedroom and each their own bath plus kitchen. Location steps to Malecon, restaurants, cafes, grocery. And quiet for sleeping.
