From walking through the door the staff were absolutely outstanding. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The location is great for the airport and travel into the city. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel was fantastic. Checkin in was easy, we had an option to sign up for a free membership to obtain early check-in, the location of the hotel was walkable to old town and all shopping, restaurants, wine bars, castle, etc. highly recommend staying here.

Staff was great, room was good, but the shower did not have much hot water. The sink was very hot, so not sure why there wasn’t any in the shower, but it made it tough to shower! Other than that, the location was phenomenal, breakfast was great, and I would stay here again, if they can get the hot water figured out!

It's not the hotel, it's an employee (+pool?)
Our stay at this hotel was marred by a very unfriendly employee as well as some misconceptions. The breakfast is twenty Euros per person. While it was adequate, it was worth about 10. For 20, I would expect more as well as the possibility of freshly made eggs. On Monday, the croissant felt like day ...

Loved the Pool and daily activities. Has a resort feel to it. The breakfast buffet is 2nd to none! Only issue is the response times from the front desk. This way be a high season problem however, seeing how we traveled in early Aug.
