"During my stay at Hilton Yerevan, I had a very disappointing experience. At the spa, the massage therapist asked me to remove my gold necklace. I placed it on the side table as instructed but unfortunately forgot to take it after the session. I reported the issue immediately and followed up multiple times. While the hotel initially responded that they were investigating, they completely stopped replying afterward. No update, no closure, no responsibility. This level of poor communication and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I strongly advise guests to be extremely careful with their belongings, especially in shared areas like the spa. Do not rely on the hotel to properly follow up on such incidents. Very disappointing experience."
