They don’t allow people with tattoos to use Onsen so that is big negative for tourists and myself.
Staff was nice . Happy hour awesome and breakfast was great. These are great things.

The room was clean, with the exception that the blinds in the bathroom had some mold on it. But otherwise, it was a great room with couch and a comfortable bed. The bath was great! Toilet was up to standard. Rooftop pool was a nice 30.1C. The jacuzzi was broken at the time, but the sauna on the roof ...

Very good hotel, clean , beautiful, big room. 3 onsen bath. Good foods , I love the arcade area and the bowling . Good for family with kids. Staffs are nice too. 10 mins from Beppu station , they have shuttle bus to pick you up
