I explained several times that my mother is disabled and even offered to pay extra to be moved to a ground-floor room or to exchange rooms with another guest, but all of my requests were refused. As a result, my mother was unable to leave the room for most of our trip because she could not manage the stairs. The property had no elevator, and there was no effort made to accommodate her disability. We were very disappointed by...

The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. "The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."
