「Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to get a spot on the street not too far away. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. Location was a bit far from the sights but we did...

「The environment of the room is Dimly lit, the hotel room have two parts, one part is inside the reception, one part is the other side, I am living the other side part, the location of this is difficult to find.」

「The place was cute enough inside but it was dirty and unkept. The location was farther from the City Center than expected. The neighborhood was a bit rough.」

「I don't recommend staying here long-term. The shower didn't drain (they offered to send maintenance while we were gone, but we opted to wait until check out), and the blankets offered had weird stains on them. There was also no remote to control the AC/heat, and management never followed up on the messages regarding finding it. The building itself isn't in great condition, and the room is very barren and bleak. Management isn't very great at communication.」
