O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. Check in extremamente demorado, demoraram o máximo q puderam para fazer nosso cadastro para depois entendermos que não tinham apto disponível, embora estivéssemos com a reserva paga. Depois de 40 min de espera e estresse conseguiram o apto. Relação custo beneficio péssima. Roupa de cama bem usada, não vale o que cobram. Não voltaremos.

Bem razoável. Dentre os Ibis que nos hospedamos foi o que mais demorou o cadastro no check-in. Compramos um café de 100 ml e um energético, o que nos custou 31,00 reais(absurdo). As acomodações estavam ok, tudo limpo conforme esperado.

O servico do hotel e bom, o servico de bar snacks surpreende, lobby moderno e cafe da manha de boa qualidade. O valor da diaria foi muito alto. Um painel na recepcao oferecia diaria mais barata. O quarto é confirtavel mas pequeno. Um cheiro um pouco desagradavel q depois acostuma. O banheiro so tem duas toalhas de banho. Toalhas de rosto nao sao oferecidas.
