"I would like to get a full refund. I arrived at 5:45pm. After an hour of arriving the power went out at the hotel and hasn’t came back on so my spouse and I are going to another hotel. The hotel manager isn’t sure when the power will be back on as she has contacted DTE and they don’t have an update about the outage. Never got my refund after messaging staff. Many residents left due to the power outage."

"We came in at 8pm and then saw that the hot water would be off from 9am -2pm the next morning. We were planning to sleep in the next morning, that is why we had asked for late check out.so no hot water, the lights were going out and then the next morning they called up and told us we had to leave at 12 even though I had confirmed 1:00 late checkout.
