「A clean, spacious, modern hotel. The reception staff is very helpful and nice who impressed me a lot. The food is fresh and delicious but the coffee is just OK. The outside swimming pool is suitable for kids only. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It’s hot without air conditioning right now.」

「A true 5-star resort hotel in the center of the beautiful Opatia with private beach in addition to the spa and swimming pools. All the staffs were so supportive and nice, especially the two lovely ladies in the Mini Club for kids program downstairs. My daughter loved the whole-day activity program and has asked to go back there next summer. The room renovation is nearly new and the view breathtaking. Will go back next June and stay longer!」

「The hotel is just amazing. I loved the design and the service is very high standard. Up in a hill, 5 minutes from the centre, perfect to relax and enjoy your time in the pool. Food is very nice, the staff is very professional and helpful. The suites are very nice and spacious. The only negative issue is the view. If you stay on the first floor you could enjoy an amazing sea view....if only those olive trees were not there! But you can still enjoy a stunning view from the pool bar and the overall...

「Essen war ein Traum und sehr viel Auswahl.Alle sehr nett und freundlich. Leider war der Pool sehr kalt. Sonst alles bestens. Minigolf sehr veraltet und teilweise kaputt. 」

「房間設備簡陋，連基本的電燒水壺和小冰箱都沒有，30多度的溫度既然度假肯定需要冰箱，問前台才知道需要3歐一天租用，哈哈哈！租吧！網上說有沙灘，騙人的，只是海邊的堤壩前放了幾張沙灘椅，不值這個價位。」

「Das Hotel hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Preis/Leistung war wirklich top. Das Zimmer (wir waren direkt unterm Dach) war sehr geräumig und in einem super Zustand. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und für den Parkplatz eingewiesen. Es gibt zwei Hoteleigene Parkplätze mit Schotter und Schranke. Gegen eine Gebühr kann man diese nutzen und in der Regel in Opatija alles zu Fuß erledigen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist direkt ein Supermarkt um Snacks zu kaufen. Der Strand ist fußläufig eine Minute weg...

「櫃臺人員對於英文不流利的旅客, 服務態度有待加強, 停車費20歐太貴, 但停車人員的服務很好, 早餐很豐盛, 但煎蛋人員的態度有點冷漠, 回應可以更積極點, 建議泳池不要傍晚才去, 因為即使夏天, 水還是很冰」
