「整體感覺不錯，酒店在商場內，職員有禮，房間因為冷氣有問題職員也熱心幫忙立即解決並換了房間。」

「Comfortable, clean room and modern bathroom in a good location for exploring Faro old town. The electronic check in was easy and convenient too. There’s a kitchen area that guests can use, a small ground floor outdoor space and a roof top terrace. I only stayed one night but would recommend if you’re spending a few days in Faro. 」

「I loved my stay at the Oakmoon. I was the only one there for two days, so I had free use of my spacious room, plus the open-plan full kitchen and living room area and the funky little interior patio with hand-painted mural. The house is on a narrow street of mostly private homes and a few bars and restaurants and close to plenty of other restaurants, shops, the marina, cathedral, laundromat, etc. Sarah, the house manager, is friendly and very helpful, if you need anything. 」

「Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available. They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room. 「Room was spotless, staff mostly very friendly and helpful. Pool area was the crowning glory - clean and modern. Only negative was no plug sockets near the bedside for phone charging. Will def stay again and recommend to friends and family.」

「Outstanding hotel, upgraded on arrival. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent pools for kids, great kids club, very good gym. We were not even playing golf, just a great place regardless of golfing or not. On site restaurants/cafes a little too expensive if staying on site. Recommend hiring a car to get out and explore local vicinity/restaurants etc. overall fantastic hotel for a family or couples. 」
