Check in was quick & smooth, the room was as described, food in the hotel for half board was very reasonable & well worth the option,all staff around the hotel were friendly & helpful,i had a problem with the tv & they sent a technician who tried to fix it but eventually replaced it with a straight out the box new tv, the pool areas are nice & especially the pool near reception, the gardens...

「Das Hotel ist für ein paar Tage Auszeit völlig okay, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir „nur“ ein Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht haben , hatten wir ein wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Im großen und Ganzen waren wir rundum zufrieden und können das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen auch sicher nochmal wieder :)」

「Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war hell und groß, allerdings war die Dusche direkt im Zimmer (also kein separates Bad). In Spanien gibt es strenge Raucherregelungen, auf dem Balkon oder direkt neben den Liegen am Pool darf man nicht rauchen. Das Hotel lag direkt am Strand und fußläufig vom Bierkönig/Megapark entfernt. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Rundum sehr zufrieden gewesen, würde ich auf jeden Fall...

「Dieses Hotel ist toll, freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Die Lage ist der Hammer und die Bucht ein Traum, wenn man Ruhe sucht - fern ab der Partys. Geschäfte sind begrenzt, Preise in den Restaurant auch etwas höher… man zahlt die Lage eben mit. Ich komme gern wieder. 」

「Personal, teils deutschsprechend war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer und die Gesamtaustattung im Hotel war optisch sehr Sauber. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und immer für jeden was dabei. Check In war schon eher als angegeben.」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「Genuinely friendly and helpful staff. The sauna did not seem to be working correctly when I visited, but the hot tubs on the roof are good and have a great view over the bay. I did not try the swimming pool, but it looked a decent size. The buffet food did not have a huge number of options, but it was sufficient for me and the quality seemed good. 「Super souvenir a 3min de la plage .. a la fois vivant pour la fête mais aussi calme pour un couple 9 étages.. Le bus A2 est juste au pied de l'hôtel ce qui permet de visiter a pas chère 5/personne .. superbe endroit et très bon le petit déjeuner..」
