"Don't go there, no air conditioning in summer and they put us in a building without elevator. We had to carry out suitcases up to 2 scone over some narrow stairs. The rooms on those buildings look like jail cell. I was speechless when they showed me the building. Terrible hot in the unit even when outside is cool. Very disappointed!"

"Nice large room with a huge balcony featuring a lovely mountain view. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was very spacious; a closing shower door would have been nice but thats a minor gripe. Location was convenient for the bus downtown, which was paid for thanks to the complimentary Lucerne travel card. Overall a very nice and peaceful stay - we would stay there again."

"This was a stunning property with a beautiful view. There was a lot of construction when we were there, but I’d highly recommend it for when the construction is complete. The rooms were very clean and the front foyer was rustic and very cute! Great breakfast in the morning. We stayed one night and it just happened to be the night the restaurant was closed (Wednesday night). Was great overall!"
