Lovely staff. Room on the small side even though we were upgraded. Nice that the hotel has a swimming pool and spa. I had an amazing massage treatment by Claire. Felt great after. Overall lovely experience.

Housekeeping knocked on the door at 17:20, didn’t even give us a chance to open the door before they used their key to open the door themselves - very uncalled for and out of order of them. Rooms are not soundproof, can very clearly hear outside noise, people talking in the corridor, next door rooms. Only one lift for six floors, not ideal. Beds and pillows very very soft. Only pro about this hotel is the location

The staff were nice and friendly, and it was a comfortable stay. The room had a ironing board, iron and hair dryer. I didn't need to ask as we were going out for the evening and our clothes needed a quick press. I wasn't able to use the other facilities because I didn't take my swimming costume with me. Hotel is located in an old converted building. Room assigned was very small and cramped. Restaurant was good but dinner menu was limited and not very imaginative. Pool, gym and leisure facilities are excellent.

Comfortable place with good facilities. Room a little small for a double but the bed was comfortable. Parking a bit of a hassle but that goes with the territory as this is right in the centre of town. Nice breakfast with good service and friendly hosts.
