「I don’t know why they insist on giving them a debit card for security deposit while they already asked for a credit card. The environment is okay, the room is clean and Wi-Fi speed is quick. However, the room is supposed to have a hair dryer but it was missing. The hotel matches its 3 stars rating but could be better.」

「There was no hot water in the room. We had to change rooms. The outlet cover in the bathroom was broken into pieces. Looked like it had been smashed. When we went to eat breakfast, there was no hot food. It was 9:10 and the breakfast quit serving at 9:30.」
