「We had an issue with the Air conditioner on our booked room, but the staff responded immediately and organized another room. They are nice and well mannered on responding the calls. We will plan to book again whenever we will plan for Moncton Trip.」

「L’employé à l’accueil était très sympathique, le check-in a été simple et le stationnement facile. Le motel est à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage ! Nos draps avaient des taches jaunes. Nous avons donc demandé de nouveaux draps, mais nous avons dû les changer nous-mêmes. Les serviettes de bain présentaient également des taches. Notre chambre était située juste à côté de la machine à glace, ce qui était assez bruyant. De plus, dès qu’une autre chambre utilisait de l’eau (douche, lavabos, etc),...

「This hotel had a beautiful view of the water where you could watch the tides rise and fall. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast each morning. The staff at the front desk, at the breakfast buffet and the cleaning staff were all very friendly. We had a suite, which was super spacious and beautiful! Highly recommend this hotel.」

「Check-in was fast. Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfasts, but the folks refreshing the food were fantastic. We were on the second floor and we could hear the door slam in the suite underneath us (ground floor) every time, but it stopped by nightfall so was ok. Maybe the place is a little tired, but we slept well so we weren't. Not really a walkable neighborhood but close to everything on Mountain Road to drive to. Highly recommend Orien restaurant for Asian fusion.」

「Hands down to the breakfast ladies — they were wonderful! Thank you for the great breakfasts every morning. Unfortunately, our experience with the pool was not as positive. On our first night, my youngest child discovered and picked up feces from the bottom of the pool after the kids had been swimming for about an hour. We immediately notified staff, and to their credit, they closed the pool right away. However, several hours later the pool reopened, and the pool area remained messy for the rest...
