「Got my key to my room. Clothing was on both beds. They gave 2 keys out to the same room, Unacceptable. Waited another 20 minutes to get another key. Everything else was great. Should have gotten a small discount, but that didn't happen. Probably not going there again.」

「Loved the comfort of the bed and bedding plus the amenities and amount of towels already in the room (didn't need to request more). Didn't like the strong smell in the room and the hallway. My nostrils were burning, it was so bad I didn't know if I would be able to stay the night. Smelled like a plug-in air freshener or Frebreze. Staff were friendly Room was clean Water pressure was very poor in the shower. Parking was good Didn't have breakfast but appreciated I could make coffee in the room.」

「Beautiful property and very well maintained - fantastic location right by the river and easy walking into Moncton. Would recommend and would happily return if we were ever back in the area.」

「Very clean, easy to find, safe area, quiet, available parking, amenities were available. My only complaint is that staff was a bit in my face and not that friendly. Its not my problem reception works 7 days a week and 10 hrs a day.」

「There was a coffee machine in the room but no coffee pouches. There was coffee available in the check in lobby but it didn't open until 8.30 am but this wasn't communicated so everyone was a little antsy.」
