"The hotel is very nice. The interior resembles an Esher painting with black metal stairways going in many directions against white crisp walls. It’s refreshing to see creativity in hotels rather than a straight out functionality. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out. We spent most of our down time on the day bed which was so comfortable.
The staff are outstanding. Every single one of them is helpful, polite, and happy.
If we ever come back to Siem Reap we would stay at the Sarai and it would feel like coming home.

The rooms are comfortable and larger than most, the breakfast selections are excellent, and the staff are wonderful. We had to extend our stay due to flight cancellations and the staff were excellent in assisting us and providing an extra night’s accommodation. "
