"Friendly staff. Unfortunately, we were given a room with non working ac and my family of 4 were miserable all night. We have two little ones, and we checked in at 1am so figured it would eventually cool down- it did not! We didn’t wait until check out time because we were so ready to get out of there. "

"Walls are very thin… you could hear people outside the door and people running at the top… Hotel not located in the best area…but was convenient 10 min from the riverwalk… in door pool/hottub was nice… but I doubt I ever stay there again I did not get a lot of sleep. Oh you have to request room service…"

"The room could use a deep cleaning. One of the walls has what looked like coke splatters. There were hairs in the shower walls. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location. "

The room as okish clean, the floors and general areas were dirty, it needs a good professional cleaning to clear stains and dirty marks off the floor.
