「The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars...

「The room was so spacious with great design. I love being close to the elevator. The staff was super friendly, accommodating and gave great info about the property! I really enjoyed the pop up Filipino restaurant. Amazing food and fairly priced. Super good service too. I will be back to the Hoxton next time I'm in Portland!」
