「The times listed online were wrong for everything. We drove from out of town to come here for fun and we couldn't even use the waterpark till Friday at 4pm. So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. I went downstairs and the lady at the front desk said what do you want? I told her she fixed it. I went to biffys because according to online they were supposed to be open. They were not so we had to leave again to...

「I came in from Texas and it was a long trip. The location was further in than I expected but when I arrived it was nice. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell punch that hit me in my face as soon as I walked in. I understand its also a casino but it wasn't pleasant at all. I don't smoke. Everything else was good. My room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the Rez restaurant was great. Thank you for a great stay.」

「We just stayed for one night but the front desk employee was super helpful with dinner ideas! Our room was clean and comfortable. We were wanting to use the pool, but it was out of order. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, so we were disappointed that it was closed. The breakfast was okay. The made to order eggs were delicious, but you could only get one thing. Everything else was standard continental breakfast stuff (which is okay).」
