The staff remembered me from previous stays which made the trip feel like I was at home away from home. This is a place worth returning too. 「Place is clean, right in the middle of the best places downtown and by the lake. Only issue is that the thermostat’s temperature sensor didn’t seem to work properly, room was very warm. 」

「Parking was great, they have complimentary valet but there was also an indoor bridge over to the parking garage. They brought some sweets up to our room in the evening after we settled in. Wonderful service on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 」
