「3 staff members said there be 2 shuttles since we had a party of 12. We paid for the stay and fly. Got to the lobby in the morning and there was only 1 shuttle. The staff member that was working apologized and said they only ever run 1 shuttle and didn’t have any idea why we would have been told different. Hotel is outdated but kind of neat that way. Our room didn’t have a working thermostat so it was cold when we got in and hot the morning we left. Bar in the hotel is cool and great service. 」

「First off I want to say that the staff was great, the airport shuttle runs on a pretty clean schedule and there is a very good Thai restaurant here. That however is about all the good things I have to say about the property. It had a pervasive odor of human waste throughout the lobby and hallways. In the room there was quite a lot of poorly repaired damages to the walls. The room rate for the night we needed was low so I guess we got what we paid for. 」
