The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the courtyard is absolutely gorgeous! I was excited to be able to use their beautiful pool and relax in such a beautiful environment. The room was very clean, the shower, elegant, and looked new and had perfect decor,for any Francophile. The hotel is located just a few blocks from Bourbon Street and I will definitely be back to stay explore the French Quarter a little more! If I had any criticism, it would be that the sheets are a little rough for sensitive skin, but it’s the most minor of criticisms. "

"We were told it was free parking, but they could not accommodate our Chevy van. The manager said that they would offset a portion of our bill for the $200 we had to pay for parking when we check out. When we checked out , they refused to give us any offset."
