"Front desk staff need some customer service training. When I approached the desk on Sunday night neither of the two young females greeted me. I had to ask if I could check in. Then the only thing spoken to me was to ask for my cc for incidentals and that I must pay a parking fee. There was no “thank you” or hope you have a great stay or let us know if you need anything…..They set the tone for my stay.
This place is fine if you are doing something connected with the university but not if you are a travel or wanting to check out Tuscaloosa."

"Friendly staff upon arrival.
Please consider putting body wash dispensers in showers to keep standard with other hotels across the hotel channels. Bar soap is pretty low budget and I could consider your property little more upscale than bar soap "
