"The Grand Hyatt at DFW is great, especially if you like watching airplanes take-off and land. I had a runway view with a huge window and could just sit there to my heart's content. The restaurant is very good, though a little pricey like most airport restaurants. Connected to Terminal D, so since my flight was out of D30, it was super convienent. "
