"Really disappointed. The house looks nice on the outside but on the inside, there was serious need of cleaning and upgrade. We rented the guest house since there were 3 of us. Very outdated and dirty. The comforter not clean. The second bed was the pull out sofa. "This is a different type of hotel. The setting is like an apartment courtyard. Not too many extras. It is very nice with plenty of parking. The office is only manned during daytime hours so if you are a late arrival you need to make arraignments. The room itself is excellent. Has a living area, kitchen area microwave, toaster, stove, fridge, dishes ect. Has a spacious bathroom and a nice bedroom. Note that housekeeping is weekly vice daily and that includes fresh towels. "It's a decent place to stay. The building is modern, clean, and suite is well equipped. A few minor grips. 6 soft low quality pillows does not substitute for 1 good firm pillow! The neighborhood is safe, but as is the case in many US suburbs/exurbs it's not really walkable. There are areas where the sidewalks just end, and they are not well lit at night, say if you are walking to supermarket. The building gym, looks great but the equipment eg. the elliptical trainers are poor quality glitchy."
