「翌朝早い便の為、空港近くで前泊として利用しました。夜遅い到着にもかかわらず、迅速にチェックイン対応頂けました。こちらから依頼していないのに、翌朝の便の時間を聞いてくださり、無料送迎しますと言ってくださいました。クラブの待ち時間の長さや、ピックアップ場所がわからないと言ったトラブルに何度もあいウンザリしていたので、この申し出は本当にありがたかったです。申し込んだ部屋よりアップグレードしていただき、とても安い宿泊料にもかかわらず、清潔で広い部屋になりました。エアコンもよく効いて、お湯も充分。お水も２本ついていました。空港前泊にはとてもおすすめのホテルです。」

We stayed in a family suite that had two rooms in one, one with a king bed and one with two twins, which is a genius idea. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to unwind after sightseeing, and the restaurant had a delicious dinner with amazing views if Hanoi.」
