「門鎖壞了， 每次入房間需要找前台開門， 房間物品廚具很污糟， 露台有蜘蛛出沒， 入住三天完全沒清潔」

「房間基本設施OK但係有部份需要維修，另外無論係Melbourne或者Sydney 酒店附近基本上不能停車，這個情況應該反映俾當地負責交通停泊。因為無論上車或落車都有困難」

「Lack of shops or restaurants within walking distance was the only downside. Room (executive king) was very nice with bonus view of Sydney skyline and a rugby field just below the building. Basic kitchen. Washer and dryer. 」

We had to cut our stay short and flee this property due to systemic hygiene and pest issues. ​Our first room was heavily soiled with hair on the floor. When moved to a second room, we found leftover food scraps and a greasy hairdryer. The building has an active pest problem—we saw bugs crawling in the public elevator and woke up to a live cockroach in our room while packing our bags. ​The worst part was the staff's...
