"Generally pretty good service, and excellent location. The hotel lobby looks great and the rooms are large and clean. Bed is a bit on the hard side, and for some reason they only give you individual little packets of tissues in the room."

"This hotel is located facing the Cathedral in a building constructed more than 500 years ago by the Catholic King Fernando de Aragón as a hospital. Since 1928 has been transformed to a 5 Stars Luxury hotel. The premises are remarkably well maintained. The breakfast is superb. The staff is very courteous, polite and helpful. I recommend to walk around the courtyards and the hallways to appreciate the architecture and the antique furniture; and also to see the golden chapel of the King."
