「My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a four-star hotel, about 7 kilometers from MXP airport, and the price was attractive, but there are no commercial facilities nearby. It would be inconvenient to get around without a car. The room facilities were clean and acceptable. We would like to commend the front desk staff; they were very friendly and welcoming.」

「Friendly staff, very close to train station, excellent breakfast.」

「The hotel is located on the lakeside road in Lago Maggiore, approximately 4.5 kilometers from Arona city center. Ample free parking is available, and transportation is convenient. Our lake-view terrace room offered beautiful lake views. The room and bathroom were well-equipped, and a generous buffet breakfast was served.」

「We loved our stay at Il Giardinetto. The hotel is beautiful and right on the lake. We had a room with a balcony and lake view and really enjoyed the beautiful view every day for our first cup of coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. All the staff were charming and very helpful. We spent the night before at a hotel close to Milan airport, as we were arriving in the evening and worried about delays. Hotel Il Giardinetto arranged a car to come and pick us up...

「The staff the person in the office when we arrived around 8:00 pm and didn’t wanted to help the what’s up number had a hard time communicating and once I communicated the person didn’t not speak English, it was a raft check in.」

「Lovely lake front room to walk down from our balcony into the lake. The staff were very helpful with all our questions we had. Hired kayaks for the day from the hotel and restaurant served great food. Was a very pleasant stay and would stay there again.」

「It was an amazing stay. The hotel is generally clean however, the floor in the room was not perfectly clean. You can see dust in the corners. The reception staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good. Two minor inconvenience: 1) there is no lift and i had to carry 2 luggages to the second floor. 2) The main road is directly under the window, which makes the passing cars so noisy at night.」
