「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」

「We felt overall for the price everything was fine! The room was pretty clean if you didn’t look too close. The carpet needs to be cleaned or updated. The beds were comfortable, but the people above us one night were on the noisy side. Something was squeaky , but not what you think. The staff did a good job emptying our garbage and replacing towels each day. The breakfast was good but it would be better if it went at least until 10. Ending at 9, made you feel like you had to get up, shower and...

「The hotel was undergoing renovation. Our room had been done already and the bed was nice and comfortable. There was no breakfast at this on but plenty to eat nearby. The hotel is situated in the middle of a shopping plaza. 」
